A delicate straw yellow color with delicate and persistent bubbles. A characteristic floral and fruity aroma. A fresh taste with an interesting apple and pear finish. The vineyards where the grapes for this wine are grown lie at the foot of the Dolomites, where the soil is mainly composed of marine sediments. Together with the microclimate around the Piave River, this gives the wines structure and complexity. The mild climate under the protection of the Alps creates ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen and the sugar to concentrate in the berries.
